Why Can't I Click On Anything Windows 10?

For some time now, my pc gets one of the strangest issues I ever encountered in Windows 10: I can’t click on anything on my desktop: I can not click any of the icons on the PC, nor the Windows button, anything else in the taskbar, nor right-click anywhere on the home screen.
