Torrent Site?

I've been out of the torrent game for awhile, got back on a site today and found I can't DL anything since I have a US IP addy. Bull****.

So... anyone know of a way around it by masking your IP or maybe you know a great torrent site like kickass torrents anyway?

I've been slacking on my CompTIA studying and now that I need to get cracking I can't find my old pdf's. I need to find new ones. If anyone has a Core and OS A+ study guide or maybe a torrent site that I could find one on, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for any help!
