I'm going to have to disagree with RS gold a couple individuals here. I'm 80 slay, and I find that the cannon useful. It actually is total preference, but it helps speed up some slower jobs and can help you get a few range levels in easily. It will cost a good bit of cash, but you are going to be making so much profit with other tasks it will not even matter. I cannon mighty banshees, cave crawlers (lvl 138 ones), and aberrant specters. All three of them drop many rannars, powerful banshees also fall a great deal of pure essence, so you return about 1/2 into 3/4 of everything you spend on cannonballs.

Its really not as expensive as people make it out to be if you're selective about what tasks you use it on. Additionally many people cannon bloodveld tasks at mutated bloodvelds, but I haven't did Legacy of Seergaze so I cannot. On the note of the DFS, I locate the rune guardian to be better seeing as the +19 (I think) to attack helps more than 2 more strength bonus, unless you're on a very hard-hitting endeavor or a dragon task of course. Obviously once more it's taste and won't make much difference, and you may require the excess defense without a bunyip.
