So how is New World?

I haven’t kept up with New World since it got announced and learned recently that the open beta is for anyone who pre-orders. But I don’t want to dabble in it until I get a general idea of how people are receiving it. My previous MMO experience has been nonstop classic and xiv as of late and I heard New World is wpvp the MMO. Outside the PVP side, what about the PvE content.

 

Is there raids? World bosses? New World Coins? What about crafting and so on. If I asked you is it worth pre-ordering for the closed beta what would you say?
