Can you take Adderall XR 30 mg twice a day?

Adderall XR only needs to be given once a day. People taking a twice-daily dosage of immediate-release Adderall (immediate-release) may be switched to Adderall XR at the same total daily dose taken once daily, The dose may be increased to 20 mg  per day after one week if their ADHD symptoms are not adequately controlled. In adults, the recommended dose is 20 mg per day.
